The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is just a short walk away from King's Cross Station. This makes it easy to explore different parts of the city without any hassle. there are plenty of stores and pubs in the surrounding area, providing plenty of options for shopping and dining. The property itself is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and sofas. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, and toiletries are provided.
There is no elevator access in the hotel, which might be inconvenient for those with big luggages or walking difficulties.

This hotel is a great find! its location is superb, being very near to KX station. It's just a short walk down a side road, making it a convenient choice if you're looking for a place close to King's Cross Station. Secondly, the staff here are fantastic, always friendly and eager to help. Lastly, the rooms are well equipped with a kitchen, which is a nice touch for those who prefer to cook their own meals.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was ok.

The owner was very helpful and communicative, allowing early check-in and providing clear instructions. The apartment was cozy and clean, with new facilities and a great TV. Convenient location near Kings Cross and 24/7 store, with nice restaurants/pubs nearby. No noise or disturbance from neighbors or traffic.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to King's Cross Station and right next to the tube station. It was so convenient for us as we arrived by train and could easily explore the city from there. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a small kitchen. The staff were very helpful and responsive, always available on WhatsApp. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage for a few days after our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the fact that it was located down a side road made it a peaceful and quiet place to rest.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a block away from Kings Cross Station and close to popular attractions such as the British Library and Euston Station. We found it to be a great value and felt safe. Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
